Not every device or failure is a suitable repair. Severe corrosion, extensive prior work, unavailable parts, or damage beyond current equipment and experience may require referral or decline.
Estimates, Approval & Diagnostics
Before repair work
We confirm the device, record its condition, and inspect the reported fault. Any diagnostic fee is disclosed before intake
You receive the findings and estimates before repair work begins. If a newly discovered problem changes the scope or cost, we pause and request approval again

- Back up important data, whenever possible
- Remove unneeded accessories
- Bring the charger or power supply when relevant
- Do not send passwords in your first message
- Disclose liquid exposure and previous repair attempts
